Added a configure script (automake).
Installation is now:
configure && make && make install

Changes
- Added -O2 flag, much more stable with this
- Every menu entry with no action attached is inactive per default (won't get focus).

CVS Repository
	Colibri's SourceForge.net CVS repository can be checked out through anonymous (pserver) CVS with the following commands. When prompted for a password for anonymous, simply press the [Enter] key. `cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.Colibri.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/colibri login` `cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.Colibri.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/colibri co colibri` Updates from within the module's directory do not need the `-d` parameter.
